		<description>Cast iron cookware is hands down the best. I used non-stick pans for years, but a big steak fried in a cast iron pan plays in a whole different league. Besides, you can buy a quality pan for less than 80 dollars and it will probably outlive you. The non-stick cr*p may last 4 years  if you get lucky. If you dig around a bit, you can often find a quality pan for a discount. There are always some really good offers on cast iron kitchen stuff listed. Alright, that did it, now I&#039;m hungry. I&#039;m off to the kitchen to fry up some steak and eggs.</description>
