One common question I&#039;d get from my American friends when we&#039;re out eating soup noodles is, &quot;are you NOT gonna drink the broth?&quot;

I was raised by a very traditional Chinese mother that made very sure we get our share of &quot;no no&#039;s&quot; when we&#039;re eating things with &quot;Wei Jing&quot; (MSG), so yeah, good point on MSG.</description>
