I can not play the videos on my DVD player.
Our instructional videos are placed on DVD format have been carefully handled and placed under strict quality controls. Here are some suggestions to make sure that your DVD is performing at optimal level for video playback on your television for any DVD that you play. 1) Use a video disc lense cleaner to clean the dust and dirt on lense inside your DVD player. This should be used on a regular basis. You can not open your DVD physically so a cleaning disc is used and inserted into the DVD player just like a regular DVD, 2) Inspect the DVD on the bottom side of the DVD (usually silver or gold color). Gently remove any finger prints on the silver or gold side of the DVD with clean 100% cotton cloth. Do not use a paper towel or napkin because using this will create tiny scratches on the dvd surface, and it will ruin the DVD itself. 3) Try your DVD on another DVD player or go to a friend or family member's DVD player to make sure there is no problem with your own DVD player.

How can I receive cookbook quickly? The cookbook is sent in an e-book program written for the Microsoft Windows, which is the operating system that most computer are using. We do not support the Apple or Macintosh operating system for our electronic book. An e-book or electronic book is a piece of software that is simply a regular book that has been formatted into a downloadable computer file. The e-book is saved on your computer just like any regular computer program.

Do I need Microsoft Windows to use the cookbook or e-book program? You will need to have a Microsoft Windows operating system running on your computer. It can be a Windows computer or a computer that emulates Microsoft Windows (e.g. Virtual PC on Apple Macintosh). If you don't know what Microsoft Windows emulation, please don't worry about it terminology. To identify whether you have Microsoft Windows running on your computer, you can start or boot-up your computer and the Windows logo will appear on the screen.

What do I need to have in order to use the cookbook or e-book program? The only thing you need to run your e-book software is a computer and a connection to the Internet. Please talk to use Internet Service Provider or ISP (e.g. AT&T, Comcast). if you have difficulties connecting to the Internet.

How big is the file, and how long will it take to dowload? The Definitive Chinese Cookbook file has file size of 10 Megabytes (MB), and the Bonus Book I is about 3 MB. On a computer with a high speed internet connection, it should take, literally, seconds. On a computer with a 56k connection, it should take about 8 minutes.

How come I can't use the cookbook on a second computer? The Definitive Chinese Cookbook Username and Password given to you, are valid for only one (1) computer at a time. In order to run it on a different computer, you need to unregister the coobook from the first computer, and install and register for the cookbook on the second computer.
